Congratulations on becoming a Mustang football player!
Listed below are specific football events for the summer and fall. The summer is an important part of your development as a football player and much of your success will depend on the commitment you show.

All camps and weight lifting take place at Hempstead High School

Mustang High School Football Camp is August 1-5 at 8:00 a.m. - 11:30a.m.
Cost is $30 and registration occurs on the first day of camp or send the registration form with a check to Hempstead HS. Checks should be made out to Hempstead Football.

Mustang Middle School Football Camp is August 4 and 5. 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Cost is $25 and registration occurs on the first day of camp or send
all information with a check to Hempstead HS. Checks should be made out
to Hempstead Football.

Mustang Elementary Camp is August 1-3 at 1:00 p.m - 3:30 p.m.
Cost is $30 and registration occurs on the first day of camp or send all
information with a check to Hempstead HS. Checks should be made
out to Hempstead Football.

Football Practice starts August 8th for all levels.
10-12 grades at 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
9th grade at 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Mini-Camps begin June 8th
Wednesday nights from 6:30 p.m. until dark. Bring your cleats. This is a great way to learn about Mustang football. All levels are encouraged to attend.

Summer Lifting begins June 6th
We have an excellent weight training program at Hempstead. Attendance at summer training is highly recommended and very beneficial. This is an excellent way to get in shape and ready for football.
Monday-Thursday
8-10:30 a.m. and 5-6:30 p.m.
Friday
8-10 a.m., no afternoon weights on this day
